- Initial assessment – we talk about where and when it hurts, what makes it worse and how you move during the day.
- Diagnosis – by looking, movement and touch.
- Manual therapy – manual release of muscle chains in their wider context.
- Targeted exercises – targeted exercise for strength and long-term relief.

- Book by phone, text, WhatsApp or the contact form.

- Cash or QR-code bank transfer on site.
- Cancellation
- Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise 50% of the session price is charged.
- Health insurance
- Public health insurance doesn’t cover it – I’m a private practice and arrange appointments individually.
Gift voucher
Give the gift of pain-free movement. A voucher for a session, a sports massage or any amount – I’ll e-mail it as a PDF, or you can collect it in person.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a first visit?
For a first visit I recommend the 60-minute session for CZK 1,200.
Do cupping or taping cost extra?
No. Cupping and taping are part of the session price and I use them when it makes sense.
What is an express appointment?
A session within 48 hours of booking or at the weekend (Saturday, Sunday). It costs CZK 2,000.
