Wrist pain

Where wrist pain comes from

Your wrist and forearm make thousands of small movements a day. What I see most often:

  • overload from computer and phone use – the wrist bent back on the keyboard, the thumb on the screen,
  • tingling fingers, which can be linked to a compressed nerve at the wrist, elbow or neck,
  • a stiff, tight forearm.

How I work

  1. Initial assessment – we talk about where and when it hurts, what makes it worse and how you move during the day.
  2. Diagnosis – by looking, movement and touch.
  3. Manual therapy – manual release of muscle chains in their wider context.
  4. Targeted exercises – targeted exercise for strength and long-term relief.
